Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to our kits being custom made we do not accept returns unless there is an error with the product. If you are unhappy with the product you have received or feel there is an error with it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order email@example.com so we can rectify the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
